After the 2020 air races were cancelled, the 2021 Reno Air Races came back in a big way. There was lots of modern hardware on display, with appearances by the F-35 Demo Team and the Thunderbirds. Every race was exciting, with Dreadnought taking the Unlimited gold prize (see all of the results here).

The Reno Air Races are held over several days every year near Reno, NV, and host several kinds of airplane racing events, from STOL planes to heavily-modified WWII planes, to 500mph jets.
